Clarification of License issue

Hi all!

I need some advice in a licensing issue of Info-ZIP.

We'd like to use the Info-ZIP Win32 DLL in a commercial software. The LICENSE file says for this point:

As I'm interpreting that as our app has to show *at least* this in the Info screen:

which is, unfortunately, a bit too long for an Info message, and keeps our client from approving the usage of Info-ZIP, instead favouring a commercial product (Greenleafs ArchiveLib) :-(
The question is, would it suffice to include something like

> ZIP-Library:
>     (c) 1990-1999 Info-ZIP"
>     <http://www.info-zip.org>

into that Info box, include only the LICENSE file w/o mentioning at any other place, or how should the Info-ZIP[/BSD] license be read in this case? Is there an "official" guideline for this issue?
