Thanks to Michael Mauch, we now have binaries for both Zip and UnZip.
I still can't make the README show up in HTTP mode, but the files are
all there:

	ftp://ftp.info-zip.org/pub/infozip/UNIX/HP/
	http://ftp.info-zip.org/pub/infozip/UNIX/HP/

I've also started copying over some of the Zip-with-encryption archives
from ICCE, but that's still very piecemeal at the moment.
