It's a perfectly sensible question, though Reji could have clarified it by
adding "without creating a directory, putting the files in it and Zipping
that directory".
 
Quite often I want to, for example, put Fred, Jim and Sheila in a Zip
archive, and have them appear when I open it with, for example, SparkFS as
Test/TextFiles/Fred, Test/TextFiles/Jim and Test/TextFiles/Sheila. I've
added a '-p' option to prepend a path to files within a archive to the
*Zip command I've written for BBC/RISC OS, see

But, to answer Reji's question directly, no it's not possible with zip.exe
for MSDOS, unless you write the relevant additional functionality into the
source.
