Info-Zip error code 127.

Hello

I am trying to get a PHP photo gallery script to work for my website, 
my server does not have ZZIPLIB installed and I recently stumbled 
across a PHP script which works without this libary being installed 
called m-zip, http://esurfers.com/m-zip/ 

I have followed all the instructions on that website and I am trying 
to use info-zip inconjunction with the script, however whenever I run 
the script I get error code 127. I have searched the internet but 
cannot find any documentation about this error code anywhere. Could 
someone please enlighten me as to what this means and how I would go 
about stopping it?
