call for translation updates for ardour 4.0

We hope to release Ardour 4.0 in the not too distant future. This is a call
for anyone and everyone involved or wanting to be involved in translation
to update their particular language(s).

If you've put an updated translation into mantis and I've ignored it, ping
me again by replying to this email, and this time I'll make sure it gets
merged.
