Uh, I thought you wanted to PROVIDE Windows support - not ask for!? ;) A quick search pointed me here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa363866%28v=vs.85%29.aspx it says: "Minimum supported client - Windows Vista [desktop apps only]"
