Address sanitizer is turned off in nightly builds?

I installed Linux x86_64 debug "nightly" version from
http://nightly.ardour.org/ and noticed it is built without
--address-sanitizer option. Maybe it makes sense to enable it at least
in debug version? It will be useful for plugin developers or packagers
to find bugs earlier (which i just bumped into :)
