OSC stuff

As one of our goals, we wish to make control commands and feedback 
messages in sync. After some talk on IRC it seems the direction will be to 
start over for Ardour 5. This includes revamping the OSC paths. After some 
talk back and forth it seems the /ardour part of the path is not needed. 
The /routes might make more sense as /strip. With VCAs coming, RIDs might 
refer to other than only routes. This means current controllers would need 
updating to work with Ardour, but also that they should be able to do more 
things. However, current controllers will continue to work with Ardour 4.7 
or earlier.
