On my installation adwaita is a separate package that needs to be installed:

Name         : adwaita-gtk2-theme
Version      : 3.28
Release      : 12.fc34
Summary      : Adwaita gtk2 theme
URL          : https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-themes-extra
Description  : The adwaita-gtk2-theme package contains a gtk2 theme for
presenting widgets with a GNOME look and feel.

Those are just warnings, not errors, are they actually causing any
problems for you?
