Any chance we can include the RC version number in the Audacity About dialog? Unless there is another way of obtaining the minor version number while in Audacity. If there is another method, mind explaining how to do it? With my screen reader, JAWS, I can grab the version number with JAWSKey+control+’v’ but it reports as “Audacity Version 3,0,0,0” I’d like to know what version I’m using without having to try and remember what version I most recently installed. Exactly as I said last time "I'm hoping this one is going to be the actual release" :-) . It's up on FossHub https://www.fosshub.com/Audacity-devel.html The 'Oh lê lá' bug is fixed (Bug #2688 <https://bugzilla.audacityteam.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2688> ) The 'Big R' bug is fixed (Bug #2689 <https://bugzilla.audacityteam.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2689> ) Also many broken links (though not quite all of them) from the manual are fixed. Big thanks to everyone involved in finding and fixing these.
