Is this "bloop" normal for Mac or a bug?

Audacity 3.0.0, macOS Big Sur. 1. Launch Audacity 2. Copy some text. 3. Import a file (so that the project has a name). 4. "File menu > Save" 5. "Command + V" to paste the name into the Save dialog. 6. Observe "bloop" sound. The "bloop" alert is usually associated with an error (such as attempting to paste when there is nothing on the clipboard). The "bloop" only seems to occur when the active Audacity project already has a name, so perhaps macOS is just alerting to that ???
