I think this is Audacity. We did a hack to allow Cmd+V to paste into that field. LibreOffice on Mac will not paste into the “Save As” field of the dialog using Cmd+V or by using Edit > Paste (which is enabled). There is no alert sound when attempting this. LibreOffice does allow right-click > Paste to paste into the “Save As” field. TextEdit and EZDraw (native Mac apps) do allow Cmd+V to paste into the Save As field (without an alert sound). The Cut, Copy and Paste menu items are enabled while the file-save dialog is open.
