We logged https://bugzilla.audacityteam.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2697 recently
which is also 'packaging', and I would like you to log this one, just to
track and capture the knowledge.

3.0.0 is a big release, we expect it to be taken up by many distros.  We
need to help ensure they package correctly.  In return they sometimes do
help us to find actual bugs of ours.

You'll remember we also had problems with distros packaging with wx3.0.0
when we were on wx2.8.12 and when we said explicitly not to use wx3.x.x.
It doesn't matter that that was a packaging fault and not our fault.  The
problems still made Audacity look bad, and it is why we were forced to
upgrade to wx3.0.0.

Flatpack failing wouldn't be P1 bug, but a P2 seems reasonable.  An RM
might want to hold up a release long enough to understand why.

I draw the line though at recording bugs such as 'Audacity does not compile
on SuSE' in bugzilla.  When we release we have tested on Windows, macos and
Ubuntu, and that is plenty enough.  We would though log bugs for FreeBSD
failing to compile, because there is an active FreeBSD maintainer on this
list.
