Re: Audacity 3.0.1 RC01 (for testing only)

This is excellent Jack!  Thanks for posting the log.  One good thing is that
it is as we suspected.  Something is locking the project files (like
antivirus, Window search, etc).  So, we may be able to work around this.
And since we now know it's a locking issue, we can simulate it very easily.
