Plans for 3.0.2 RC01 tomorrow.

Just a heads up that I currently plan to build RC01 for Audacity 3.0.2
tomorrow.

RC's are supposed to be genuine release candidates - builds that at the
time we make them we believe we may actually be releasing soon.   In 3.0.2
a few new rarely-seen strings are not translated and have not been sent to
translators.  That's understood and OK.  They can be included properly
in 3.0.3.

If there is anything in current GitHub master (or anything missing!) that
means tomorrow's build might not be a genuine release candidate, I need to
know.

Right at the moment the code and builds are looking good.  I believe it's
at least possible that we can go from RC01 through to release.

The manual isn't quite locked yet to allow for recent updates, but will be
locked by tonight.  As usual, progress tracked at
