On W10 the same thing happens if I try to launch 3.0.2 after I already have
3.0.3
running and Restored Down to smaller window size.

On mac OS 11.2.3 Big Sur- if I try to launch 3.0.2 after I already have
3.0.3
running and reduced to smaller window size - it's like Windows, no 3.0.2 is
launched but the 3.0.3 window is maximized within the window (not full
screen)

In both cases there is no helpful instructive error message.

Peter.
