GCC compiler options used by Audacity trunk build ?

Hi,

this weekend I've built the trunk build on my notebook (16 cores, 64 GB) 
on Ubuntu Focal and it just took some minutes to build it sucessfully. 
Is there a way to see the default GCC compiler options that are used to 
build Audacity ?

Is -O2 used ?
