Yes!

We've even started to discuss whether to release 3.0.3 on Windows as 64
bit, since macOS and linux already are.

Vitaly found that MIDI playback causes a crash, and to fix it we need an
update to PortAudio, so it's not a blocker.

https://github.com/audacity/audacity/projects/2 as an item to decide on.

The most likely things to derail 64 bit for Windows with 3.0.3 are:
- Plug-in compatibility
- Possible speed regressions (if we're now using 64 bits in places where 32
bits will do fine)


What's your specific interest in 64 bit for Windows?
