Error while building on windows - fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'pthread.h'

Hi, I am trying to build audacity on windows using cmake. When I run
configure it throws the following error. Please help me out.

*fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'pthread.h' : No such file or
directory*

*OS : Windows 64bit*
