This can be  done fairly easily with a "Nyquist plug-in" (see:
https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/nyquist.html).

Getting started with Nyquist is a fairly steep learning curve, but we have
a forum board for Nyquist where we can give you a lot of help. If you post
