That looks interesting, but it also looks like early days for CLAP (no
commits between Oct 2016 and April 2021). The Audacity developers are
currently working on VST3 support.

By the way, this list is no longer used by the Audacity developers. Better
to use their discord channel (https://discord.gg/AudacityDev) or GitHub
issues (https://github.com/audacity/audacity/issues)
