Unmodified ChangeTempo requires libsoundtouch and SBSMS.

If your modified Change Tempo requires armadillo then I assume you
need to declare that at the top of ChangeTempo.cpp and ChangeTempo.h,
but I am not an expert in these things and this is not the best place to ask.
