Robert was talking about pasting text in the file save dialogues on Mac
computers. 

If you use Audacity 2.1.2 supplied by us
http://www.audacityteam.org/download/ 

then you can cut, copy or paste (or delete) an audio selection after you 
press the yellow Stop button.
