no mono option at track control panel drop down

Hello,

Im was working to remove vocal from mp3. I tried the steps below
step 1: split stereo track at track control panel
step 2: effects->invert
step 3: no mono at track control panel

OS: Win7 32bit

Audacity version : v2.2.1

i have attched a image. kindly find my attachment and let me know the
solution to create my own karoke.
