The http remains live.

I arrived there through the 'check for updates' in 2.1.3 for mac. Since
it's not using upgrade-insecure-requests or HSTS then I'm now on an
insecure domain. In theory those two can be enabled and things should be
better (though hsts preload is the next step). However, there are a number
of issues with the site. They should be largely taken care of by
upgrade-insecure-requests and HSTS, though.
