When you say the audio is not "clear enough" it's difficult to say what 
the problem is. It may be that the output from the Solo Studio system is 
overloading the input to your computer and needs to be reduced, or your 
microphone technique is not good; maybe too near or too far away etc.. 
If that is the overload case, the waveform that is displayed when you 
have imported the audio will tell you by the waveform displayed being 
mostly solid with flat tops and bottoms.

In that case you will need to reduce the input to your computer until 
parts of the waveform only gets close to the top and bottom edges. If 
your computer thinks you have connected a microphone, then it will be 
overloaded then you will get the waveform described above, you should 
then set your input to be "Line input".

And if the waveform of the imported track is very small, then you need 
to boost the output from the Solo Studio or used the "Anplify" effect 
(Effect/Amplify)

Assuming you have got a good sounding track, the next bits become a bit 
tricky.

While you are playing a track (at least this is the case with my Windows 
PC) and recording another track at the same time, when you have done and 
started a playback, you will notice they are not in sync so you would 
have to move your voice track to the left until you feel they play 
together in sync.

To ensure an accurate sync,

The last time I did this, I recorded some clicks from a metronome (which 
has a very sharp waveform) through the mike that the first instrument 
was using before he performed. Then when it came to make the second 
track (with plenty of time in hand), with the first track playing the 
first track into headphones for the second instrument to play with, I 
recorded the clicks and the next instrument/voice through the mike 
again. When that track was OK, I used the clicks on the second Audacity 
track to line it up with the second track.

Leave a good deal of time before recording the clicks  and the beats so 
you are not hurried for the second track

Seems complicated, but a few trial runs should get you working OK.
