Ariel,

I have no idea what you are referring to.

=20

I do have Audacity installed and have used it some but I can=E2=80=99t =
recall the last time. I do get emails from Audacity users, some asking =
for help as I have in the past, some with the answer.

=20

I assume you are asking to a list of those involved and that me email is =
one of them. I do not have enough usage to answer the question emails =
that come my way but=20

=20

I do read and file all that do.

=20

apologies for not being helpful but one of the users from the list

will b able to answer the question.

I never found any alternative USB drivers. That is why I wrote "if you =
manage to solve this, please share your solution".

Myself I solved it by disconnecting the USB cable from that USB-cassette =
player to the pc and use audio cables instead, connecting the device to =
the audio card of my PC. First then I saw the difference between the =
left and right audio channels.

and it was sending a mono signal to Audacity. I assumed it was the USB =
driver or something. When I connected the same player to Audacity using =
audio cables, then I got stereo.

I believe there is something wrong with many USB drivers that handle =
audio.

Please share if you find the solution. Good luck !
