Only, I'm still getting the original problem with the sound clipping every 10 secs. Mikko originally said: "try to alter the ripping command by hacking d->read_audio to scsi_read_D8 on scsi_interface.c" I looked at the scsi_interface.c and saw that d->read_audio occurs about 20 times, and not being a C++ programmer, I've no idea what to do there. And there was also the suggestion that the patch was for Plextor CD drives, but mine's a Sony. Is that an issue?
