I've been digging through Google, and asking around on IRC, and haven't been able to get that information. Thanks a lot ;-) By the way, I'm writing some code to read the TOC by scanning the whole CD and decoding the Q subchannel (I've been motivated by a copy of an audio CD which doesn't play properly in my audio CD player, and I want to find out why).
