Do you still have the SCSI logs of cdrskin with BD-R DL ? If so, can it be that there was no command B6 SET STREAMING ? It seems that libburn sends this command only if there is the text snippet "DVD" in the current profile. "BD" profiles seem to get only the inappropriate comand BBh SET CD SPEED.
