Any help needed with maintaining?

Hi all,

First and foremost, let me say I really value all the work that went into
libFLAC the past years. I don't want to step on anyone's toes, but I'm
worried about the current state of affairs.

5 months ago a CVE was published against libFLAC code, see
https://github.com/xiph/flac/issues/243 Some work was done moving to a
release, but the last change to the repository was over 4 months ago.

Is there any way I can help to get things moving again?
