If you're using the latest pre-beta of EAC it should all be automatic.
But in short, no, the bitrate setting is ignored for FLAC.

Just set compressiong=max and ignore the other things. It's in EAC for
things that care about it (mp3/AAC). You can also set the file extension
(which will confuse many players) and various other things.
