Flac to Amanero

Colleagues, please tell me if I can implement what I need using your 
library?

I want to make a flac file player, that plays them on an Amanero module, 
connected via USB. It's either PCM or DSD.
At the same time, I want events to be generated in real time during 
playback to be transmitted to the playback time indicator.

Is it possible to do this?
