Hi,

I have a small question regarding SPEEX_PREPROCESS_SET_PROB_START and SPEEX_PREPROCESS_SET_PROB_CONTINUE.

Is PROB_START the probability that the VAD says "voice is active" or is it the probability that VAD says "voice is NOT active"?

Same question for PROB_CONTINUE.

Because of the name PROB_START I thought it's the probability that voice is recognised as acitve. But I played around with the values and it seems to be the probability that voice is NOT active:

PROB_START = 10;
Stream is always sent.

PROB_START = 90;
Stream is only sent if I'm talking.

(Same for PROB_CONTINUE)

Please clarify this!

Thanks for your help!

Best regards,
Peter
