How to synchronize the mic and spk signal for echo calcellation??

Dear All,

In the real use of speex echo cancellation, there will be always a dealy between mic and spk signal. And thus, the echo can not be removed. Does anyone know is there any parameter setting to adjust them to be synchronized.
