Hi Everyone,

I want to ask about AMR Narrow band codec. Although this is not related to
speex codec.
It is easy to get the AMR decoder in J2ME platform. We want to use the
microphone to transfer the binary data in application.
But the problem is AMR encoding which is providing the .amr file that
contains the encoded information.
