I searched for this answer and find none. I want to use Speex encode/decode on a 72Mhz Holtek M3.... do you think the code will run OK on this part, we need to do 2kbps or maybe 4kbps and nothing fancy.... mono voice, needs to sound decent on output but does not need to be, if it was old school static cellphone it would be good :-) Are any peripherals like DMA required and can it just run on a normal part?
