Re: [Csnd-dev] CS7 build error: cannot find -lIntl::Intl

I think I remember something about libintl being available on some linux
systems and on others the functions are included in glibc. Our older cmake
checked if libintl was available or not and did an extra check if it was
Linux. I think the assumption was if gettext was found that the system
would have what it needed, whether it was libintl or not.  Perhaps we need
to revise the change for this.
