Great contribution, Joachim, thank you! I didn't read it in detail, but 
it seems very clear and well organized.

After a superficial reading, there's only one detail that I can see 
could be improved, and it's that C-style comments starting with // are 
not grayed out. This makes examples with this type of comments a bit 
confusing, specially since comments are explained rather late in the 
document.

Other than that, I think it's an excellent introduction to Csound, as 
could be expected from someone with your knowledge and experience.
