[Csnd-dev] Midi timing

About the Midi timing: The granularity of timing is Csound's kperiod.
Then i heard from i believe it was Richard:  the sample-accurate command-line option might also impact the granularity of the resolution of the midi handling in Csound. Is this true?
(If so i will add this remark to the manual.)
