Hello Victor,

I can work on fixing this error. It looks like GitHub doesn’t retain
artifacts for an extended period.

I’ve re-ran the GitHub docker_builds, and once the images finish building,
the jobs should be working again. This should resolve the issue in the
short term.

For a long-term solution, I can update the job to use the GitHub Container
Registry instead of artifacts to prevent them from being deleted.
