[Csnd-dev] Csound 7 Manual state, some input needed from devs

i finished reading again through the sections "Introduction" and "Csound 
System" in https://csound.com/manual/

i think we are good now.  only two chapters need input from the persons 
with the knowledge:

- https://csound.com/manual/orch/user-defined-opcodes/
(some remarks in red, but perhaps there is more to add)

i am not happy with https://csound.com/manual/orch/amplitudes/ because:
- it is not really fitting to the style of the manual (what is said here 
is mostly general knowledge)
- it is not very precise (-6 dB is not really half the amplitude)
but i left it as it was there ... --- perhaps someone feels to re-write 
this chapter ...

it is really fun to edit now in markdown; thanks again to françois to 
getting us there ...
