[Csnd-dev] Csound 7.0 release date

Hi everyone,

I would like to propose that we make a concerted effort to set a release date for 7.0 in the not-too-far
future. At the moment, the 7.0.0 milestone is 94% complete

and I am only seeing one showstopper (#2105). I think we are very close, so I am hoping
we can now commit to a release date.
