[Csnd-dev] CS7 WASM not applying sample rate

françois discovered that for instance the CS7 floss manual is giving 
wrong pitches.
play the example at https://flossmanual.csound.com/get-started/GS-01
then change to sr=48000 (this pitch is correct).

i could file a bug if necessary, but not sure what is the best place for it.
