Well, ccrma used to be pretty hit and miss, but in the last 6 months its really come a long way, and now its very stable and easy to work with, and contains a lot more packages than Agnula, though right now I use Agnula on my desktop and Fedora (the free version of what would be redhat 10.0)/ccrma on my laptop (as I had trouble getting my wireless card to work, but then found that Ardour comes built into ccrma, a nice suprise because its darn near impossible to build from source).
