Ardour and Csound

Anyone here using ardour to record stuff from Csound? If so, what are you impressions, and how do you set it up as far as signal path and such like? I suppose the optimal way to do this will be with a jack'd Csound. I'm also curious about Csound and ecasound which looks pretty neat.
