Ewe Drumming teacher C.K. Ladzekpo's Aaron Lav has created an interesting
piece of linux software, RhythmLab, which lets you trigger samples in
polyrhythmic patterns, he has a fractional beats concept, with different
patterns against each other, like 5 against 4 or 11 against 26, its very
flexable, but limited because it doesn't have jack or ladspa support, but
the concept could be carried over to a perl script that can generate
scores.
