[CSOUND-DEV:4856] vst4cs alpha version released

Hi all,
I am very happy to present a preliminary alpha version of vst4cs which 
makes vst plugins usable inside csound5 on Windows. As I said, it's 
alpha, so it's not fully working yet. Most plugins can be loaded and 
queried correctly, but most sound hiccupy, although others seem to work 
fine. I'm releasing this first version to get some feedback on the 
opcode names, and to see if someone may want to check the code a bit, 
which I know must be a terrible mess full of idiosyncacies since this 
project is the third one I make, counting hello world =) . Anyway, all 
feedback is welcome.
