Re: Csound, PureData, and pipes.

Well, Glyn and I were mucking around with this. Okay, mostly Glyn but I 
cooked dinner. ; ) Anyway, it seems that a PD external to pipe out text 
does not exist. If we missed it and you know something of it, please say 
so. We are now thinking the best route in that regard would be a wrapper 
for the PD external that uses sockets. Just thought I'd report this in 
case we were stupid and someone can point it out. = )

Another option is to just find some other easy way to make standalone 
guis that could pipe out text. Anyone have any suggestions there? We did 
make one with tcl/tkinter but it was not what I would call particularly 
a fast way to lash together a simple gui frontend.
