That is odd.  I am also a lifetime subscriber to GD3 which 
I subscribed to when I first started using Exact Audio Copy.

I hadn't tried it for a while because I mostly use Easy 
Audio Copy.  That is not free software because they include 
the GD3 database with the software.

Anyway, I just started my copy of Exact Audio Copy just to 
see if I would have the same problem as you.  Short answer 
is that it is my default option but I hit the drop down menu 
anyway and it is still one of my options.  I tried to access 
their database with a CD in my drive and it worked just fine.

I have been a long time subscriber to GD3. I recently used EAC a few weeks ago and had no problems. However, I just started EAC today, and GD3 disappeared from the list of providers in the Metadata configuration dialog. The only entry in the dropdown list is freedb. I have made no changes since the last time I used EAC. I don't know why GD3 disappeared, but how would I get it back?
